You are responsible for the use of your password. You agree that excessive simultaneous account logins from different IP addresses will result in the termination of service. You agree not to give your account information to anyone. You agree that by yourself, or in conjunction with others not to compete with Breakpointtrades.com, or have any interest in such business enterprise which shall be engaged in competition, as proprietor, partner, employee, shareholder, principal, agent, consultant, director, officer, or in any capacity or manner whatsoever, anywhere. You also agree not to lend money to any persons for the reason of creating a service that competes with breakpointtrades.com. Membership with Breakpointtrades.com will continue until it is either discontinued by breakponittrades.com or an e-mail stating a request for cancellation is received. Unused time for the month in which you requested cancellation will not be refunded.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Subscribers will be automatically billed the current subscription rate each month or on the renewal for the subscription period that you selected, on the anniversary date of your subscription. (Example: If you subscribe on January 10th, you will be billed on the 10th of the month of your subscription expiration).

Unless and until this agreement is canceled in accordance with the cancellation procedures described in these Terms & Conditions, subscribers hereby authorize Breakpointtrades.com, (BPT), to charge a subscriber’s credit card to pay for the ongoing cost of subscription. Payment for subscriptions can be made by automatic credit card or PayPal. Subscribers will be automatically renewed for successive terms upon expiration, unless subscriber cancels; no later than 24 hours prior to renewal / anniversary date. By enrolling your subscription in BPT, you become a subscriber and agree to be bound by this Agreement. This agreement is subject to change at any time and changes are effective upon timely notice made to each subscription.

No promotion of other chat rooms, abusive behavior to other members or staff or falsely hyping stocks will be tolerated. BPT has the right to refuse or terminate subscriptions at any time if this conduct is deliberately evident.

MEMBER HEREBY CERTIFIES THE FOLLOWING:

BPT is a trading and chat service available only to subscribing members. Subscription is based on a "flat-fee" basis, entitling subscribers access to the Service to which they have subscribed. BPT is hereby authorized to apply your credit card to initial subscription purchase and concurrent renewals (renewal is automatic for the original term upon expiration and each period there after), until you provide notice of cancellation no later than 24 hours prior to expiration of your next renewal/anniversary date. You may cancel your subscription by using the cancellation option on the BPT website or by informing BPT by email and then confirming the concellation request by an email which you will then receive from BPT. Failure to comply with these cancellation procedures will result in your account being charged for the next period of service to which you subscribed. However, it is the policy of BPT to make it simple to cancel a subscription as we value the satisfaction of our members above all else. BPT reserves the right to review each situation of non-compliance with the cancellation procedure in an effort to maintain the satisfaction of our subscribers.

BPT has a strict NO REFUNDS policy once billing has begun; your subscription may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. You may not share your login or password with any other person. As a subscriber, you must promptly inform BPT of changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the service you subscribed to; changes in home or billing address; and any apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password, or your credit card number. You shall remain liable for any and all unauthorized use of the Service, including, but not limited to all subscription dues purchased with the credit card information you provide to BPT prior to notification to BPT of a suspected security breach.

You are responsible for paying regular, periodic subscription fees according to the then-current billing terms that you are the legal holder of the credit card, debit card, bank card, or any other financial device used to establish this subscription. BPT is not an investment advisor and does not provide investment advice.
