Tuesday Comments:
No changes with on SPX/QQQ with both still holding support - one thing to note is that VIX expiration is tomorrow and often times we see a pullback following. Had a few nice recent trades and only looking at selective names here for long trades. For longs, manage risk with upside momentum fading somewhat. Personally scaling into some hedges here and higher if the opportunity presents.
ES targets overhead 4186 and 4195-4205 with 4168 support - if lost likely to correct some.
Thursday Comments:
ES went up to the resistance zone mentioned on Tuesday (near 4200) where sellers took hold and since that time we have seen a decent pullback. The hedges/shorts have been quite nice. For tonight/tomorrow watching 4160-70 area as resistance with initial support at 4138. If lost likely to retest today's lows.
